Who We Are

We are experienced coaches and facilitators who work with both individuals and teams. Combined, we have over 30 years of experience across multiple industries.

Space for Spark emerged from our own unfulfillment and frustration; feeling stuck in a system that continues to incentivize productivity, individualism, and the grind. But here and there, we'd find ways to shape moments with others that were reflective, explorative, creative, collaborative, and innovative. We started to ask ourselves, "How can we have more of these moments? How can we create more spaces for spark?"​

Our goal is to provide individuals with the tools and confidence to not only succeed in their careers, but help us shape the future of work.​
